Pinspiration - Candle Fun

Pinterest is one of my favourite sources for online inspiration, whether it's travel, decor, clothes, photography... At the moment I am rediscovering my candle obsession!

Am a big fan of classic vanilla scents, but anything a bit quirky or pastel tends to catch my eye as well. And teacup candles or home made jars, who doesn't love that!

Kitchen Inspiration

The kitchen represents so many things. Warmth, heart, scents, food porn, togetherness, burns. The centre of a home in many ways, along with the lounge this is where we relax, come together, entertain... 

Just as our wardrobe should reflect our personalities, so can our homes. Different life stages usually also means different styles and tastes, growing and changing as we do. While key elements have always remained, my style has certainly changed dramatically over the years. 



One of my long lasting love affairs have been mixing wood with light creamy colours... White, light greys, cream, beige, soft peachy hues. I love an open space where you can get messy with your cooking and where you can have breakfast together, sit down and relax, natter over a cup of tea.

Summer of Music Inspiration

Glastonbury just announced their line-up, and turns out all rumours were true. The Rolling Stones will be headlining! You'll also find a range of acts to satisfy most tastes from Mumford & Sons indie beats to Rita Ora's poppy dance to Kenny Rogers, Arctic Monkeys, Azealia Banks, Newton Falkner, Everything Everything, Maverick Sabre, The Editors, Two Door Cinema Club, Netsky, and lots more... 

Tickets for re-sale will be announced on the 21st April!

Am beyond excited, and with the idea of summer time approaching (somewhere, far in the horizon but slightly visible) and what better way to get inspired then some wardrobe inspiration from my favourite always effortlessly hippie Vanessa Hudgens... 

Jeans shorts. Maxis. T shirts. flowy jewellery. Some flowers in your hair. There, you're good to go.
